Our mission is to provide the finest quality Endodontic treatment in a compassionate and low-stress environment.  By utilizing the most current concepts and techniques our goal is to provide treatment that is as painless and comfortable as possible and to help our patients maintain their healthy, natural teeth for an entire lifetime.

Our comprehensive endodontic services include:

  • Routine and difficult Root Canal treatment

  • Root Canal retreatment

  • Endodontic surgery (Apicoectomy)

  • Diagnosing and relieving tooth pain

  • Treating traumatic injuries and cracked teeth

  • Post removal

  • Internal tooth bleaching

State of the art technology:

All of our care is delivered with the aid of a powerful  surgical operating microscope which allows the endodontist maximum visual control in a remarkably precise manner. With this technology we are able to completely treat and more accurately diagnose many complex situations.

Biolase's Waterlase All Tissue Laser is a safe and gentle alternative to traditional dental tools. Using laser energy and water spray, Waterlase can perform many procedures.  The Waterlase combines water, air, and laser energy for safe use on human tissue in the mouth. Our teeth are partially made up of water and when the laser makes contact with the tooth it excites the water molecules to cut through the tooth. This patented technology helps prevent heat and gives you a virtually pain-free experience while creating less aerosols than traditional dental handpieces.

We utilize the latest 3D technology, the CS8100.  Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) scan allows for improved diagnosis, treatment planning and prognosis. With this technology we can visualize any tooth from multiple angles with extreme accuracy.  Featuring one of the highest 3D image resolutions available, the CS8100 3D scan offers an unprecedented level of anatomical insight into specific dental regions of interest.

We use the advanced digital dental radiography system in place of conventional dental x-rays, which significantly minimizes the radiation exposure to our patients and improves diagnostic capabilities. This technology also eliminates processing chemicals used for x-ray development.

All of our treatment rooms are equipped with ASI Advanced Endodontic System carts which integrate different dental instruments from rotary instrumentation to double ultrasonics operating from one foot control. This convenient technology increases efficiency and helps manage difficult endodontic procedures.

Our practice adheres to the highest standards of infection control advocated by the American Dental Association, the CDC and OSHA. We utilize the latest barrier techniques and autoclave sterilization to eliminate any risk of cross-contamination.  We treat our waterlines with DP365B (DentalPure) which is an iodine-based waterline treatment system designed to remove bacteria from waterlines in dental practices.

At Nutley Endodontics we utilize The Digital Office (TDO), a program designed specifically for endodontics.  TDO offers convenience for both our patients and referring doctors.  This HIPPA compliant software offers patients the choice to register through our website with a personalized username and password that can be provided once an appointment is made.  This eliminates having to fill out lengthy paperwork at the time of their visit.  Electronic security measures guarantee the privacy of your personal data.  For more information please contact our office.
